Here is the entire text from the president's memo:

Dear Team—

I understand you all just completed your meeting - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the recent updates. Previously I shared you all a update, I stated the following: “I believe in this team. You all are some of the most dedicated and creative creators we have had the pleasure to partner with - and we’re looking forward for that relationship to persist.”

With your dedication and flexibility, particularly over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.

The community feedback from last autumn’s the game testing phase was revealing. It affirmed the promise of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had refinements needed. It revealed the requirement for a sharper vision.

It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve come. You accepted the feedback to heart and revamped the title with a renewed direction - one that’s poised to achieve its potential to our players.

The trust in this project grows every day. To further the remarkable progress you’ve made, I’m excited to introduce Ben Brinkman as the latest Director of the team. After several months of conversations, Ben officially joins us on next week.

His guidance and expertise in the PVP shooter genre is considerable, having devoted the last 15 years creating and overseeing some of the most popular franchises in gaming, such as the acclaimed shooter, and lately, Apex Legends.

Let’s together in receiving Ben in the coming days. We are all looking forward to continue seeing the evolution of the game in the months to ahead.
